Lucia is a gem! Not only is she good at what she does, she is also a great person to know on a personal level. She is so friendly, open and generous. On a business level, she is fast and precise. She is always prompt in getting back to me when I need an appointment, and she usually can take me the same day i call. She is so accommodating, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable about health and beauty. Her space is awesome as well. It is charming and comfortable. I would take it over a noisy and hectic salon atmosphere any day. Thank you Lucia, for all of your hard work and dedication to your clients, and for making the waxing experience as painless as possible. :)

I have been going to Lucia for a Brazilian wax for 6 years. 6 Years!! That is longer than most relationships. She is THAT good. Lucia has a great business model- it is all about the customers. Whatever her technique is, it's amazing. Unlike other waxers, she only goes over the area once and done. She doesn't have to wax the same area over and over again so even if it is painful, at least it is just that one time. She also uses very high quality wax, we are talking about spa level wax here ladies. Not your typical wax with a piece fabric for removal. She uses these microbeads that hardens into your hair so you are removing the entire hardened wax so it definitely grabs every strand of hair while softening your skin at the same time. Lucia is also a sweetheart. She knows she can charge more for what she does and make more money but she doesn't because she has a home business and all her clients are loyal followers, like myself, or new ones from word of mouth. She isn't typical commercial style waxer, it's not all about the money- she actually cares about her clients. Once you see her for your waxing needs, you can never go anywhere else!

I found Lucia on Yelp (thanks fellow Yelpers!!) and I'm thrilled that I did. I've been going to her regularly for almost a year now and I can't say enough about how good she is! Her waxing is fast, as painless as a brazilian can be, and very reasonably priced. She is pleasant to talk to and I feel extremly comfortable with her. I also really appreciate how accomodating she is, I have never had any problems getting an appointment with her no matter how busy she is because she makes the time. I think Lucia is so good at what she does because she truly loves her job. I now actually look forward to getting waxed...imagine that!!
